About Kyle Ritter

Kyle Ritter is a Texas Hill Country native who grew up in Fredericksburg and developed a deep appreciation for the land, lifestyle, and values that make this region special. After attending Texas State University and studying Environmental Science and Business, Kyle pursued his passion for entrepreneurship and real estate, building a career focused on helping people buy, sell, and invest in property across the Hill Country.

With experience in residential homes, farm and ranch properties, land, and new construction, Kyle specializes in helping clients find the right property and navigate the process of building custom homes. His deep understanding of the local market and strong relationships with builders, lenders, and industry professionals allow him to guide clients from purchasing land all the way through the home building process.

Kyle is also the co-founder of My Texas Home Build, an educational platform designed to help buyers better understand the custom home building process. Through in-person classes, builder partnerships, and educational resources, My Texas Home Build connects future homeowners with trusted builders, lenders, and professionals while teaching them how to plan, budget, and successfully build their dream home.
