About Warren Zerr

Born and raised in San Antonio, Warren spent 33 years with the San Marcos Police Department, where he retired as Assistant Chief of Police before joining our Anders Pierce family. He graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a Bachelor of Applied Arts and from Texas State University with a Master of Science in Criminal Justice. He was an adjunct instructor at Texas State University’s School of Criminal Justice and is a graduate of the Federal Bureau of Investigation's National Academy in Quantico, Virginia. In addition to being a real estate agent, Warren is a professional photographer as well. He owns a small ranch that he calls his Fortress of Solitude and is the consummate gym rat competing in bodybuilding competitions. He calls it his stress reliever. 

Warren and his wife Jeri, have called New Braunfels home since 1997. They have 2 great daughters and two amazing sons-in-law.
