About Wayne Looff

Wayne Looff is a Real Estate Broker with 30 years of experience in Commercial, Farm & Ranch, and Residential properties. He previously worked as a Business Advisor for the Small Business Development Center at UTSA for 17 years. For 25 years Wayne owned and operated several restaurants in the San Antonio and Seguin area. Wayne has been active in property development and construction. He also owned an off-road car rental company in Colorado.

A native of Guadalupe County, Wayne was born and raised in Marion, Texas, and he attended Southwest Texas State where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management degree. Wayne is active in the community, where he is a director with the Guadalupe County Habitat for Humanity, as well as a member of Seguin and New Braunfels Chambers of Commerce. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force.

Wayne is married to his wife, Ellen, and they have one married daughter. His passions include traveling, gardening, and a love of history. As a real estate broker, Wayne brings a highly personalized experience to buying and selling properties. Customer satisfaction is his number one goal.
